What do I need to provide?
Just a bed and some space for the Therapist to move around. We recommend laying towels on your bed to protect from massage oils. Alex brings everything else needed

What should I do before my massage?
A shower before your appointment is appreciated. Avoid heavy meals immediately before your session. Please remove your jewellery
How long should I book?
60 minutes is ideal for a focused session on one or two areas. 90 minutes allows a full body massage with more attention to problem areas. 120 minutes is perfect for a thorough, unhurried experience
